Our fundraiser program provides an easy way for nonprofit organizations in Hawaii to raise money. First, we freshly bake a batch of our delicious bite size cookies. Next, your group sells each bag for $3.00 and then pays $1.80 per bag to The Cookie Corner. You keep $1.20 per bag sold for your group. That's a 40% profit for your group!

The minimum order is 250 bags of cookies. Whether you're a sports team, hula halau, canoe paddling team, elementary school, or little league baseball, we can help you raise the money you need. And it's easy because everyone loves cookies.

Getting Started
Here are steps to get you started on your fundraiser:
- Download a copy of the Fundraiser General Contract and Fundraiser Application and read them over.
- Arrange to have a group meeting and choose a Fundraiser Coordinator for your group. This person will be the key contact between The Cookie Corner and your group. The fundraiser coordinator will be responsible for holding group meetings, keeping your group organized and focused, distributing the cookies, collecting funds and making timely payments.
- Decide on a profit goal for your group. Determine how many bags of cookies you need to sell. You can always add to your order during your fundraiser dates. Unfortunately, we cannot take back any unsold cookies.
- Choose your flavors. Cookies are packed 50 bags per case. The minimum fundraiser order is 250 bags or 5 cases. Cookie flavors must be ordered by the case.
- Choose a beginning and ending date for your fundraiser. You can usually begin selling the cookies about a week after your paperwork has been completed. We begin to bake your order when your paperwork is completed. Larger orders may take a little longer to bake. All bags of cookies must be sold within four weeks of receipt to ensure freshness of product.
- Fill out the Fundraiser Application online (or you can download it and fax it to us at 808-832-9844). We will then contact you to complete the Fundraiser General Contract paperwork and get started. The two individuals on the Fundraiser Application must sign the General Contract and present valid ID's.

Helpful hints for a Successful Fundraiser
- Organization is the key to a successful fundraiser. You need to start by choosing a strong and committed coordinator. Your fundraising coordinator will be on the front line in determining the success of your fundraising efforts. Choose a person who is enthusiastic, energetic and organized. The fundraising coordinator needs to be responsible for holding group meetings, keeping your group organized and focused, distributing the cookies, collecting funds and making timely payments.
- Decide on a profit goal for your group. (Example: Secure a commitment from 20 members to sell 25 bags of cookies each resulting in a profit of $600) The Fundraising Coordinator should arrive at a consensus on the profit goal for the group and clearly convey this goal to the group members. You should have a group goal as well as a goal for each individual participating.
- Choose your flavors. It is recommended that you choose one flavor or at the most, two flavors. Our most popular fundraiser flavor by far is our classic crispy, crunchy Chocolate Chip bite size cookie. This should be your first choice. If you want, you can choose to add another flavor to sell. Chocolate Chip with Macadamia Nuts is the second most popular flavor followed by Macadamia Nut Shortbread.
- When you receive your cookies, it is important to distribute the cookies to your group members immediately. It is best if the fundraiser coordinator holds a group meeting to distribute the cookies to the group. During this meeting, the coordinator will want to:
- Review the profit goals.
- Review the selling dates for the fundraiser.
- Review the exact dates when funds need to be turned in to the coordinator. The first payment is due in two weeks so the fundraiser coordinator should plan to collect funds from everyone before that. A good time to start collecting funds for that first payment is about one week into the sale.
- This is the most important thing!!! You must encourage your group members to start selling the cookies immediately! Don't wait! Unsuccessful fundraisers are mostly the result of procrastination. You can almost guarantee a successful fundraiser by encouraging your group to start selling immediately.
- Sell to family, friends and co-workers. Children should never be allowed to sell by themselves to strangers!

Fundraiser Cookie Flavors
Each bag of our crispy, crunchy bitesize cookies weighs 6.5 ounces and contains about 40-45 cookies. Our flavors are:
- Chocolate Chip – Our most popular fundraiser flavor. These classic crispy, crunchy bite size cookies are packed full of chocolate. An easy sell!!!
- Chocolate Chip with Macadamia Nuts – Our second most popular flavor. A winning combination of chocolate and macadamia nuts.
- Macadamia Nut Shortbread – Our third most popular flavor. Full of the warm buttery macadamia nut flavor.
- Oatmeal Raisin – The old fashioned flavor of cinnamon, raisins and molasses.
- Peanut Butter – The classic taste of peanut butter!

FAQ's
Is a deposit required when ordering cookies? Groups can choose to either prepay upfront or have the two fundraiser applicants submit credit card information. If the group decides to submit credit card information, the cards will not be charged unless the payment schedule is not met. We have other payment options available for schools.
If we choose not to prepay, what will our payment schedule be? Your first payment will be due two weeks after you receive your cookies for sale. At this time, you will need to pay 25% of the total amount that you owe. After the fourth week, you will make a 50% payment. The remaining 25% owing is due after the 5 th week. This final payment is due one week after your group should have finished selling the cookies. It is very important that your group begins selling the cookies immediately so that your coordinator can make the first payment on a timely basis.
Can tickets be sold instead of the bags of cookies? We do not provide tickets. Cookies are very much an impulse item. When people see them, they want to eat them! Our experience is that it is easier for groups to sell the cookies than tickets. However, if your group chooses, you can always organize pre-orders from family and friends.
How long do the cookies last? The cookies are fresh for three months from the time we give them to you. You agree to sell the cookies within four weeks time. This gives the customers at least two months to enjoy fresh cookies.
How far in advance do we need to place our orders? After completion of the Fundraiser General Contract paperwork, we will begin to bake your order. Normally orders are ready in 7 to 10 days. Larger orders may take longer. If there are special circumstances, we will do our best to accommodate your groups' needs.
Can we reorder? Yes, you can always reorder. Keep in touch with us by email or phone and let us know how your fundraiser is going and if you may want to reorder cookies. In this way, we can help to ensure that your group doesn't run out of cookies.
What is the minimum reorder amount? You must order a minimum of 5 cases (250 bags) for your initial order. After that, you may order a minimum of 1 case (50 bags). We do not mix flavors in a case. So if you order a case, all of the bags in the case will be the same flavor.
Do you deliver? For orders over 250 bags, we will deliver the cookies to one location on Oahu. You may also arrange to pick up your cookies at any one of our 12 locations on Oahu. For reorders of less than 250 bags, you may arrange to pick up your cookies at any one of our 12 locations on Oahu.
